This is an email that was sent to me by the Shadow Creek Swim Team (where we are swimming tomorrow):

PLEASE remember that we are technically the "Host" team, so we will have some extra set up and clean up duties. Everyone is expected to help out with this!

Dear Sharpstown Stingrays,

We are excited to host you for meet #4 this coming Monday , June 13th. There are a few items worth mentioning to ensure your visit goes smoothly.

Parking: our HOA does not allow parking on Clear Lake Loop. Parking is available along Half Moon Bay or at Brothers Elementary across from the pool. We will reserve a few spots in the pool parking lot for your coaches but it will be blocked off for everyone else.

Concessions: We will have pizza, a food truck, and gelato truck set up in the parking lot.
Set up area: Visiting teams will set up outside the gate on the left side of the pool near the volleyball courts/playground and/or in the parking lot. Shade is limited so please bring tents. Visitor warm up will be at 4:30. Please ask your swimmers not to play in the sand at the volleyball courts before swimming. All volunteers will have a meeting at 4:45. Spectators: Unfortunately, we do not have a lot of extra space inside the pool area. So, we ask that spectators only come in to watch their swimmers' races and then go back outside the fence. There are no spectator chairs allowed inside.
