A few things you need to know about ALL STARS:

You may notice that some of the 16th place qualifiers had slower times than some of our swimmers who did not get "called-up".  This is because each division has ONE AUTOMATIC QUALIFIER, no matter what their time was.  Example: Mila Hernandez swam backstroke in 25.50 and placed 5th at our meet.  However, the girl who won first place at the Division 4 meet and swam backstroke in 26.13.  The girl from D4 automatically qualifies for ALL STARS since she placed first at their MOC.  

There are 4 divisions, so 4 swimmers will automatically qualify and then the 12 fastest swimmers (from any division) also qualify.  

Hope this clears up any confusion.
