GREAT MEET LAST NIGHT! I am pretty sure that was one of the fastest, smoothest meets I have ever experienced! Thank you to all of you who volunteered and helped make last night FANTASTIC!

A few things I need to remind or update everyone about!

1. Swim A Thon results and donation link-Last Thursday, 74 Stingrays jumped in the pool to swim laps to help raise money for the team! As a whole, we (they) swam 5,060 lengths of the pool...which equals 126,500 yards or 71.88 MILES!!! That is a LOT of laps!  Great job to everyone who swam! What's next?! You can turn in any money that you have collected on or before June 24. We can accept checks, cash, or Zelle ([email protected]) or Venmo @Tammy-Schoen  If using Venmo or Zelle, please be sure to add the swimmer's name. 

2. 25's practice for 11 & Up--If your swimmer is 11 or older, we need to time them swimming a 25 yard race for relay placement/creation.  Ideally, we would love to have them race the others in their age group.  We will be timing/swimming these races on Thursday morning at the 7:30am practice.  If absolutely necessary, we will continue on Thursday evening and/or Friday morning during practices.  PLEASE TRY TO ATTEND PRACTICE THURSDAY MORNING, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

3. Declare for 6/24 Meet AND MOC. Next week is a CRAZY WEEK with a swim meet on Monday and Meet Of Champs on Thursday.  A lot of time will be spent on creating relays and meet entries for those competitions.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE declare NOW for both meets! OR simply reply to this email and let me know if your swimmer is available for those meets and I will declare for you! REMEMBER that MOC is only for those that "qualify", but I need to know who is available, IF THEY SHOULD QUALIFY! We will know qualifiers by NOON on Wed, 6/26!

4. SAVE THE DATE! Team Party and awards...PLEASE join us on Saturday, June 29 from 3-5pm at (TBD) for our end of season party and awards.  I hope to have final details about location and our plans by the end of this week!
