Happy Sunday! 

Here is the information that we received regarding tomorrow's meet (DON'T FORGET THAT OUR WARM UPS START AT 4:30 TOMORROW):

We are looking forward to hosting you at our pool on Monday, June 2! Our pool is located behind Commonwealth Elementary school @4545 Briarwood Drive, Sugar Land,TX 77479. Meet parking is on the pool side of the street or in the Commonwealth Elementary school parking lot right next door. Please avoid parking on the street. Our neighbors love our team but not when our meets impede traffic flow. (see attached map)

Your team will set up at the park (shaded by trees )on the far side of the pool from the parking lot. You will have 2 reserved spots next to the pool/park for any vehicles that have tents, etc. and/or Head Coach. Please keep in mind that we block off the parking lot during the meet. (attached map)

We will warm up from 3:55 – 4:25pm and your warmup time is 4:25 – 4:55pm. The timer/scribe and stroke judge meeting will take place on deck at 4:45 under the pergola, followed by the National Anthem, and the meet will start promptly at 5 pm.

We have a 5-lane pool, so please let your volunteer coordinators know that you will need8 timers(2 each in lanes 1,3,5 and one each in lanes 2,4) and2 scribes(lanes 2,4) for the meet, plus a"circler"/scorekeeper and data entry as always. For each 1/2 you'll need2 stroke judgesand2 relay judges. We have Wifi at our pool, but it's windstream, so basically dial up. If you have a hot spot and want to bring it, please do so. We have Ribbons and Runners covered with our volunteers. We DO NOT stop the meet to shift change. At/ around event #35 our meet announcer will call for second shift volunteers to come relieve their 1st shift volunteers. Please let your volunteer coordinators know so they can communicate this to your team's volunteers.

We will have Pepperoni's Pizza, drinks, chips, candy, and ice cream at concessions. We accept credit cards and cash (no apple pay). I think the flow will be obvious when you arrive. Swimmers enter through the splash pad area (close to your tent area) to the heating benches under the white pergola. Timers are on the opposite end (close to school) of the pool, and ribbons are by the diving board. The flow to exit is after ribbons out to the parking lot and around (near our tents).
