Meet Schedule
• Home Team Warm-ups: 3:45 – 4:15 PM
• Sharpstown Team Warm-ups: 4:25-4:50 PM
• Meet Start: 5:00 PM

Parking

The main parking lot is at the pool. Additional parking is available along the street in between the school and the pool.

Team Setup

Visiting team will be seated in the grassy area towards the back left hand side.

We recommend swimmers and spectators bring chairs or towels/picnic blankets to sit on the grass.

No spectators on the pool deck. The deck is where we will setup scorers, data and ribbons.

Restrooms with showers are to the right and left of the pool entrance.

Concessions

A full concession stand will be available. Pizza, Nachos, Frito Pie, assorted snacks and drinks.

Payment types accepted: cash, zelle and cash app. We will have QR codes that can be scanned to pay.

Volunteers

1.Timers - 6 timers and 3 scribes/timers for each half. We will have the same. This makes 18 people per half collectively. We will assign 3 people per lane. Your scribes will be in lanes 1, 3 and 5. Our scribes will be in lanes 2, 4, 6. It’s hard for us to get 4 per lane.

2.Ribbons – 2 ribbon people for each half.

3.Scorer – 1 scorer per half

4.Heating Benches – 2 people for each half

5.Data – 1-2 per team, per half.

6.Stroke Judge – 2 stroke per half. ( We are struggling to cover 1^st half. If you have an extra stroke judge and anyone that can help with relays we would much appreciate it!
