We're looking forward to the upcoming swim meet with First Colony Gold on Monday, June 16.Below are the details to help ensure everything goes smoothly:

Meadow Creek Pool

🚗 Parking
• 2 reserved parking spots will be marked "Visitor" for your use - located in main parking lot on the left.
• Main parking lot is at the pool. Additional parking is available in the neighborhood along La Quinta Dr. (right hand side only) and side streets - please do not block driveways.
• Note: Some spots in the main area may be reserved - pay attention to signs.

🏕 Team Setup
• Visiting team will be seated in the grassy area You will be on the right side when they walk in but on the half closest to the playground, the other half of the grassy area will be for ALL spectators it's the back half only.
• We recommend swimmers and spectators bring chairs or towels/picnic blankets to sit on the grass.
• Spectators are welcome to set up on the grass to the right of the pool. No spectators on the pool deck.

🏊 Meet Schedule
• Home Team Warm-ups: 4:00 – 4:30 PM
• Away Team Warm-ups (Stafford): 4:30 – 4:55 PM
• Meet Start: 5:00 PM

🧃 Concessions
• A full concession stand will be available.
• All payment types accepted: cash, credit card, Venmo
• Please keep shaded concrete deck clear for score table, awards, and concessions.

🙋 Volunteers Needed (Your Team) 1,3,5 for your lanes
• Timers:12 per half (1 per lane; scribe/back-up timers provided)
• Runner: 1 total
• Stroke Judges & Relay Judges: 2 of each (4 total per half)
• Score Table: 1 per half
• Awards/Ribbons: 2 per half (main score table deck)
• Data Entry: 2 per half (main score table deck)
• Ready Bench Organizer: 1 per half

🧊 Coolers with water will be available for timers and judges.
