Hello Stingrays!

We are very excited to host our final Meet #5 on Monday, June 23rd with your team!

Location Sugar Creek Country Club 420 Sugar Creek Blvd. Sugar Land, TX 77478

Schedule 4:30 Warm up for SH 5:00 Start time 

Volunteer Requirements Each shift needs: 3 Scribes 9 Timers *Bring your own stop watches for timing* 2-4 stroke judges 1 Award help 1 Sorter 2 Computer entry (2 laptops, if possible) Ready Bench (at your discretion) Help clean up Stingray area

Concessions The Country Club has a snack bar that also sells hot food (cash or credit). 

Parking Parking lot beside pool, 2 parking lots in front of the club, or street parking front & side of club. (MAP ATTACHED)

Visitor Setup We will have an area outside the pool fence perimeter behind the country club where you can set up your age group tents (green space between patio and the Gators tents). It will be near the awards tent and the club snack bar. You can use the patio, but please leave it as you find it (chairs pushed into the tables and umbrellas down and tied). Note: We do not have too much space around the pool. Could you please remind your parents to cheer for their kiddos and then make room for the next event - thank you! 

*Parent Relays For our final meet of the season, we are going to do a round of parent relays after the last event. SH is more than welcome to join us in some friendly adult competition. If you'd like to participate, have your parent teams (4 swimmers per team, freestyle or stroke of choice) come sign in for the relay at the SC volunteer table (right inside the entrance to the pool) before/during break.
