Happy Sunday, Stingrays! 

Just wanted to update you on a few things... 

1. I'll be out of town this week and SUPER sad to say that I will miss tomorrow's meet! I will be in touch with Graham and Alyssa to keep up with how it is going! I know everyone will swim amazing! 
2. If you are running late to the meet tomorrow or something happens and you can no longer make it to the meet, please text or call Alyssa at 832-314-6044.
3. It is very important that we know when someone is running behind or canceling... It affects other swimmers when we have to scramble to change swimmers in a relay last minute. It is also very difficult for the moms that are in charge of making sure the swimmers get to the race on time if they have to go looking for a swimmer, who may or may not be at the pool yet. We are missing A LOT of swimmers this week! Please please please communicate with us if you will be late or if your plans have changed. 
4. We will be having our Swimathon on Thursday, June 18 at all three practices. This is our only fundraiser every year (no selling gift wrap, candles, or any other items no one really wants to sell or buy!). Start hitting up grandparents and friends and neighbors now to get donations and then come on June 18 to swim as many laps as you can in one hour. Money will need to be turned in on Tuesday, June 23. 
5. Mark your calendars now for our end of season celebration, which will take place on Monday, June 29, 530 to 7:30 PM More detail details to follow soon.
6. Team t-shirts will be available at the meet tomorrow...be sure to pick yours up! If we have extras after all of the swimmers get them, we will sell them for $15 each.
